Something ‘scary’, Who you gonna call?
I first got in touch with Steven many years ago, when I only just started working and was looking for basic, affordable insurance coverage. Despite being admittedly a very small client, Steven still treated me with care and respect, attending to my many questions.
Many years later, when I had an emergency at work and had trouble getting hold of my existing corporate health insurer, it was Steven again that I turned to. Even when he wasn't our insurer, he answered my every question and called frequently to check in on the situation. He helped to scan our existing policies and advised me on the options that were available and how to proceed. Eventually we made the choice to switch our corporate health insurer to AIA, under Steven's care.
Now that I am starting a family and looking to invest in life insurance and critical care coverage, I know once again that I can trust Steven to give me fair, reasonable advice on what to take up, based on my needs and abilities. I feel like I can select products and options that are most suited for my needs, with Steven's advice.
Thanks Steven for the wisdom and companionship over the years, you have made such “scary” life matters a breeze!

My fellow Signaller/ Friend/ Buddy
I vividly remembered the moment sometime in May 1993, when I was first introduced to you in amongst all the trucks and other fellow servicemen and especially those in your command.
When you spoke to them, I sensed your care for them without compromising your task. When your guys echoed their "Yes, Sir", I felt their confidence in your leadership.
29 years later and that's now, I am very happy that I have got a friend in you and you as my trusted advisor for insurance, investment, and retirement matters. I am glad that with your advise on all matters, I will be comfortable and even healthy to enjoy my years ahead and with you as my fellow Signaller/ Friend / Buddy.
Thank you, Steven.

My Insurance ‘Uncle’ whom I can relate well
I didn’t have any insurance primarily, until I was introduced to Uncle Steven by my close friend.
He is a superb agent, recommending a few starter policies that best fit my profile. He has been patient in advising me and accommodating to my budget as I was slowly extending my insurance package. Likewise, he is very prompt in sharing some of the latest promos or rebates which I especially enjoyed 😆
I am grateful that he is my first and trusted insurance agent, who is Always In Action!!
Cheers to many more years of excellent service and client-planner relationship, Uncle Steven 😊

My Fitness Coach & Trusted Advisor
I got to know Steven through a mutual friend back in Nov-2019. Being a foreigner new to Singapore, Steven warmly welcomed me into his weekly hiking sessions at Bt Timah Forest Reserve. Since then, we have been religiously 'conquering' Bt Timah hill. More recently, we even extended our hike to start from MacRitchie Reservoir. Steven's motto is 'What is impossible today, will become warm-up tomorrow', and he truly believes in this!
Separately, I have also grown to trust Steven with my insurance needs. Being new and alone in Singapore, I knew that having appropriate insurance coverage is paramount. Steven was very detailed and thorough in his briefing sessions and provided me coverage options that suited my needs. No pushy sales or pressure. I would strongly recommend Steven to anyone looking for an experienced, authentic and straight-taking insurance advisor.

From Health planning to Wealth planning
Steven was introduced to me by my close NS friend, Paul.
We met through the mutual interest of cycling and trying to keep fit and healthy.
It was through a mutual cycling trip to Japan in April this year that we got to know each other better and where our friendship blossomed.
You can suss out a character of a person when you have to eat and share a room together 😊
Through this memorable trip and many more cycling excursions, he has shown to be dependable, trustworthy, witty and knowledgeable.
I have come to regard him first as a friend, then my insurance agent.
Steven does not sell policies for the sake of earning a commission, but he gets to know his clients first and then recommend policies that are suited for them during that particular stage of their life.
There was no pressure at any time and I felt that the whole policy transaction process was smooth and done very professionally.
I have no hesitation to recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional financial adviser to meet their needs.
Alan Teoh
Our family flash advisor
I have known Steven for almost 2 decades and have seen him grow over this period. His success can be mainly attributed to his high level of professionalism, his impeccable customer service and his constant availability. He knows my family profile, has been recommending products that suit my needs based on family members, age, etc and does not coax me into unnecessary sales.
Every product he has recommended to me has yielded me benefits over time. The one aspect that definitely needs to be called out is his availability. After all these years and his personal growth in the industry he is available within seconds of sending him a message. Whether we are traveling or he is, I have never had to wait for a turnaround from Steven. He always maintains a very friendly, yet professional interaction and goes out of his way to build a relationship with my family. No matter how trivial the question, he maintains a high level of patience to guide my family and me to the right outcome.
In spite of all this he somehow manages to maintain a very healthy lifestyle. Not only does he do this for himself but he has a special gift to influence and has made my family more involved in running, trekking, etc towards staying fit and healthy.
I would recommend Steven to anyone without an ounce of doubt. His attitude, professionalism and friendliness is unparalleled.

Meet my rare agent
Ever since Steven took over my family's insurance affairs, our insurance coverage has not only gotten better, it has also gotten cheaper!
Steven is one of those rare agents who genuinely strives to put his clients' welfare before any other considerations. Over the years he has displayed impressive patience with us, explaining all the details of various policies, and going the extra mile when needed. And with all that, Steven has become a friend I enjoy spending time with. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Steven for a very long time.

Meet my Life Coach
This is a long overdue note to a fantastic individual.
I know Mr Steven Sit for more than 20 years when we were both in same military NS unit. He was already in the early success then and he led an extravagant lifestyle at that time.
Therefore it was not surprising that he barely made it in the annual fitness assessment and I remembered laughing at him sarcastically.
Well, he has since transformed into a big enthusiast in wellness activities (ask him for the pic full of run event medals) and more importantly, with a transformed personality.
Through the engagements at personal and financial planning levels, Steven is always a call or a text away. He is passionate in life and always shared the best and relevant products with those he connects. There is no selling, just sharing.
In a complex situation, I remembered telling him I shall take it up with his management as I fully aware it was beyond him but he still represented me to escalate till a closure.
Steven’s transformation is an inspiring and good learning model to me. I have benefitted a lot by applying his philosophy of “Law of Attraction”
Have a chat with Steven! He is my friend, my life coach and by the way - he is my financial advisor!
Thanks Steven!

Probably the best Advisor I have found
Steven has always been amazing!
I am so happy and grateful that I was recommended to him as my advisor for my medical insurance needs.
He has helped me to understand and ensured I had the best plan with the right coverage that’s suits my needs and budget.
When I fell sick and was hospitalized, he answered my queries promptly & also made sure everything is covered by my plan! I can't tell how secure and cared I felt, as I was alone in a foreign country with none of my family members around then.
I can’t imagine switching to another advisor. Steven is probably the best insurance advisor I could ever find as he has gone above and beyond in his customer service!
In a few words, Steven is phenomenal!
Responsive, attentive to my needs, and professional! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Love the service and I highly recommend him.

I can always count on him whenever I have problems or trying to recap on the coverage of each of my policies. He answered to my queries promptly and his advice for the emergencies we faced in Europe recently was just beyond my expectations!
Steven is the best insurance advisor that I ever had and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I definitely and highly recommend him to someone that really need help on the right coverage that suits their need and budget!

In Good Hands
Hi All Out There,
Steven was recommended to me by a work colleague, when I moved to Singapore about 2 years ago.
Admittedly, before meeting Steven, I had trouble finding an insurance consultant that was able to provide me with, what I believed to be, good unbiased advice.
His friendly approach and knowledge of the insurance terms convinced me to work with Steven straight away. Steven is very professional and always on hand to assist with any of my enquiries. His attention to detail is a great asset and he will go beyond the call of duty to help his clients.
Most importantly, having Steven take care of my insurance needs gave me peace of mind which is something I cherish dearly. You know you are in good hands with Steven!

Steven was introduced to me by my good friend. Other than polices bought when I was a child, Steven handles all my policies.
I trust in his professionalism, and in his advice with regards to policies that I may need or may be interested during different phases in my life. He does not sell policies for the sake of selling, but truly wishes that his clients are adequately protected so that they can enjoy life without medical or retirement worries.
Over the years, he has become more than just an insurance agent. He is someone I can call upon in times of need.
Thanks for being there for me and Kenzo 🐶.

Steven makes a difference
Steven became my trusted agent recently, and after a long process on my side.
I value independent, unbiased advice, and I had long sessions with him sharing on my needs, his understanding, the different products he could offer and so on, and I eventually decided to entrust him with part of my financial planning.
Thank you Steven for offering good and neutral advice, that makes a difference. I know I am in good hands now.

I’ve known Steven for over 10 years and he is truly one of the more genuine agents I have come to know.
He will always put his clients interests before his own as he offers his professional advice base on what the client needs and never for his personal gains only.
He cares for his clients and always makes a point to set appointment at the clients’ convenience. The special efforts he is willing to put in for his clients is something you certainly don’t get to see everyday.
Steven is not just a good agent, he has also become a good friend. He is always encouraging his clients to have a healthy and balance lifestyle, choosing to bond over a glass of wine occasionally.

An unusual trekking experience
Hi All Out There,
I bought a simple Travel Insurance from Steven as I was going on a Everest Base Camp trek.
I was totally impressed by the level of commitment and service provided. I had to be evacuated on the way down after a fall. As we had to contact AIG for approval for the medical evacuation, I messaged Steven and his response to my questions were quite immediate, giving me the necessary numbers and items claimable each time a message is sent.
This no doubt helped me to get the necessary approvals quickly and I was evacuated within 24 hours. For a small value policy, Steven has shown that he has his clients' interests at heart and can be trusted fully. He is definitely someone whom I would consider as my financial adviser.

It is not just selling policy to his clients. Instead, he treated his clients as friends and this make the working relationship merrier.
