I bought a simple Travel Insurance from Steven as I was going on a Everest Base Camp trek. I was totally impressed by the level of commitment and service provided. I had to be evacuated on the way down after a fall. As we had to contact AIG for approval for the medical evacuation, I messaged Steven and his response to my questions were quite immediate, giving me the necessary numbers and items claimable each time a message is sent. This is a long overdue note to a fantastic individual. I know Mr Steven Sit for more than 20 years when we were both in same military NS unit. He was already in the early success then and he led an extravagant lifestyle at that time.
