I first got in touch with Steven many years ago, when I only just started working and was looking for basic, affordable insurance coverage. Despite being admittedly a very small client, Steven still treated me with care and respect, attending to my many questions. Many years later, when I had an emergency at work and had trouble getting hold of my existing corporate health insurer, it was Steven again that I turned to. Even when he wasn't our insurer, he answered my every question and called frequently to check in on the situation. He helped to scan our existing policies and advised me on the options that were available and how to proceed. Eventually we made the choice to switch our corporate health insurer to AIA, under Steven's care. Now that I am starting a family and looking to invest in life insurance and critical care coverage, I know once again that I can trust Steven to give me fair, reasonable advice on what to take up, based on my needs and abilities.
