I had to be evacuated on the way down after a fall. As we had to contact AIG for approval for the medical evacuation, I messaged Steven and his response to my questions were quite immediate, giving me the necessary numbers and items claimable each time a message is sent. This no doubt helped me to get the necessary approvals quickly and I was evacuated within 24 hours. For a small value policy, Steven has shown that he has his clients' interests at heart and can be trusted fully. He is definitely someone whom I would consider as my financial adviser.
