I got to know Steven through a mutual friend back in Nov-2019. Being a foreigner new to Singapore, Steven warmly welcomed me into his weekly hiking sessions at Bt Timah Forest Reserve. I had to be evacuated on the way down after a fall. As we had to contact AIG for approval for the medical evacuation, I messaged Steven and his response to my questions were quite immediate, giving me the necessary numbers and items claimable each time a message is sent.
