I first got in touch with Steven many years ago, when I only just started working and was looking for basic, affordable insurance coverage. Despite being admittedly a very small client, Steven still treated me with care and respect, attending to my many questions. Many years later, when I had an emergency at work and had trouble getting hold of my existing corporate health insurer, it was Steven again that I turned to. Even when he wasn't our insurer, he answered my every question and called frequently to check in on the situation.
