I bought a simple Travel Insurance from Steven as I was going on a Everest Base Camp trek. I was totally impressed by the level of commitment and service provided. I had to be evacuated on the way down after a fall. As we had to contact AIG for approval for the medical evacuation, I messaged Steven and his response to my questions were quite immediate, giving me the necessary numbers and items claimable each time a message is sent. This no doubt helped me to get the necessary approvals quickly and I was evacuated within 24 hours.
